Business email setup
name@company mailboxes on Zoho Mail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) set so mail reaches the inbox, phones and laptops configured, and signatures added.
Workspace setup
Shared drives with a folder structure, shared calendars, group addresses such as sales@ and info@, access by role, two-step verification, and a one-hour training call.

Your site or app moved to a new host with no downtime: copied, tested, DNS switched and checked after the move.

Backup and security
Basic protection for a small business: your data is copied somewhere safe, and your accounts are hard to break into. For penetration testing or compliance certification, we refer you to a specialist.

Backup setup
Automatic daily backups of the site, database and files to separate cloud storage, 30 days of history, one test restore to prove it works, and written restore steps.
Security check and hardening
A review of updates, admin accounts, login protection, firewall and SSL settings and exposed files; we fix what we find and send a two-page report.
Password and access setup
A password manager for the team, two-step verification on key accounts, removal of ex-staff access, and a list of who can reach what.
Hacked-site recovery
Malware removed, the site restored from a clean backup, the hole closed, and browser and Google warnings cleared.

Do you need to visit our office?
No. Email, hosting, backup, security and software setup are all done remotely. We do not repair hardware; for that we will point you to someone good.
Whose name are the accounts in?
Yours. Every domain, hosting, email and cloud account is opened in your name with your email, so you always own it.
Do care plans have a minimum term?
Yes, three months, billed monthly in advance. Unused hours do not carry over, and extra hours are billed at the hourly rate.
